Old Link Tours & Travel a trustworthy and registered Company under the laws of Nepal and accepts your bookings under the following terms and conditions.

 Down Payments

-To make a Booking confirm you must send us some advance for hotel and air ticket with 20% of payment of the trekking/hiking/tour.-Please, contact us once regarding direct deposit details. The client should pay the bank charge himself/herself at the time of payment from his/her bank. A receipt will be provided as per the amount received in our account only. Below are our Bank account details if you are willing to transfer the payment via your bank account:

How to make the Payment.

Note : Please do not transfer your amount to any other bank account then the above-mentioned details. Even in case if you receive any emails that request you to transfer to any other bank account. Please immediately contact us.

-For the payment by Credit Card, please contact us in the mail or follow the procedure listed below. Please keep in mind that we only accept Visa or MasterCard and a 4% levy, will be added for a card processing fee on top of the package bills.
Process of Credit Card Payment

To pay the trip bill by offline credit card you need to submit the following documents to our company attesting in the mail:
A copy of passport
A copy of your Credit Card of either side
A Passport size Photo
Authorize letter with signature of cardholders

Payment of the Balance
Rest amount can be paid before a month of your arrival. If you choose to settle your holiday balance by credit card a handling charge of  4% on the outstanding balance is made. There is no handling charge for payment by bank transfer.

Last Minute Booking
We accept your last minute booking  for ONLY IN CASES OF NEPAL TRIPS, but LAST MINUTE BOOKING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE FOR BHUTAN AND TIBET TRIPS).

Refund Policy
No refund will be made for 30% deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason but we are flexible to postpone your trip in any later days. Having paid full amount of any trip, you will get your money back but still cancellation charge (20%) is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip.

Flight Cancelations
We refund the all paymet of internal flight ticket as per the rules of airlines

Supplement Charge
On our holidays tour / trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room /tent with.

Incomplete Tour
No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

Clients’ Responsible
A tour / trek guide who represents Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure Private Limited deserves all authority during your tours/Treks.

Travel Insurance
You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our  clients.

Tour Amendment
To make alterations of any trek / tour itinerary, prior notice is requested. You’re advised to stay in touch with us. But occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc.

Papers & Documents
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.

Flight Delay/Cancellation
There is virtually possibility of flight delay or postponement for notorious weather in Himalayan regions which could be happened, in particular, in Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region etc. In such case your itinerary will be modified.

LIABILITY
OLDLINK TOURS (P) Ltd, while undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation and other services only acts as an agent on the clear understanding that it shall not be, in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damages, loss, delay, international flight cancellation/delays, or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company its employees or agents. All bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care, yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation on account of factors beyond our control. Oldlink Tours (P) Ltd reserves the right to modify any arrangements required by and made on behalf of clients and to cancel the same without prior notice.

Insurance 
Personal Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. Every effort is made to ensure the safety of all. However, as a condition of accepting you on the trip, we insist on your having a personal comprehensive travel insurance policy.
